Q: Are e-Statements e-mailed to me?

A: No, for security reasons we do not e-mail actual statements over the internet. When you sign up for e-Statements, you will receive an e-mail message notifying you of when your statements are available for viewing through our secured online banking system.

Q: Do I need special software to view e-Statements?

A: No. You only need the software that you would usually use to access the World Wide Web, including a web browser. You must use a computer that meets minimum hardware and software requirements however.

For a list of these requirements, please visit our e-Services Technical Support page.

Q: What statements will I receive through e-Statements?

A: e-Statements are available only for your regular periodic account statements (including Home Equity and Personal Lines of Credit).

Q: Is there a fee?

A: No, e-Statements are free for all members.

Q: Can I cancel e-Statements and begin receiving paper statements again?

A: You may cancel your e-Statement preference at any time by visiting e-Access, clicking on the Services header, selecting Statement Options (under Account Options) and following the prompts. There is no fee for cancelling e-Statements.
